- Login to the Azure Portal.
- Select VM From left hand side, Scroll down and select Insights from monitoring section.
- Click on enable to activate Insights features.
- To enable it first you have to connect it with workspace. Click on Enable.
Note : It might take a couple of minutes between 5-10 minutes for the setup.
- After few minutes your deployment completed. It will take approx.10 mins to collect and route data to Insights.
- After that you will see your Insights have Map Tab which shows you the application dependencies.
- Performance tab shows us overall utilization of resources. You can be able to see different matrices for that.
- From the health tab you can be able to check the health of the VM and it’s associated resources.
